Perfectio Panacea LLP builds villas, residences and residential communities, with current homes in North Goa and new ones planned in Maharashtra.
What we build
Villas, apartments and small communities, designed around light, air and the landscape of Goa, with materials chosen to age well. We also advise on land development across India.
We started in 2015. Since then we have completed 38 projects, built homes for 206 families and clients, and grown to a team of 47.

We started Perfectio with a simple idea: a home should feel personal and warm, and it should hold its value long after handover. That means honest materials, careful design and doing what we say we will.
Our homes bring together traditional character and modern comfort, and the familiar with something new to discover. Many of our clients come to us for a second home. We want it to feel like a first one.
We will keep growing carefully, so that every home we build meets the same standard.
